The liner does not tug while applying! I was surprised! The highlighter was creamy and easily blendable. I was able to line my lid and waterline with ease and had just minimal smudging. Overall, I really like this liner and would repurchase. Ms. B will be getting one too! One thing I wish was different was the actual packaging. The older version of this that I have is a twist up automatic pencil that's a bit more sleek.

I have something similar to this by L'oreal..thinking of trying their bright eyes concealer though..
That's awesome! I really love Almay's liquid liners. I've been using them for the last 12 years or so. Good stuff! :)
